Vitaly, Owner and Executive Director of inHom Senior Care, brings over 20 years of industry expertise and a personal understanding of caregiving challenges, having cared for his own parents and grandparents. Leading a team of 70 plus Caregivers, he ensures exceptional care across Dakota, Scott, Carver, Rice, and Le Sueur counties. Formerly chairing the Legislative Committee with the Private Duty Team of the Minnesota Home Care Association, Vitaly advocates for improved senior care standards. An active Elder at Berean Baptist Church in Burnsville, he loves serving people in his community. Vitaly balances work with family time, and enjoys travel, and outdoor adventures.
