Sue has dedicated a decade to Burnsville inHom, starting as a Part-Time CAREGiver before transitioning to an On-Call Supervisor role and eventually settling into a Full-Time position in the office as Recruitment & Retention Coordinator. For the past six years, she has served as the HR Manager. With a background as a Nursing Assistant during and after high school, including roles in nursing homes and hospitals, Sue's passion for elderly care has been evident since her youth, having also cared for her grandmother. With 31 years of experience as an In-home Licensed Daycare Provider, Sue's commitment to helping others spans generations. She finds fulfillment in hiring and training caregivers, forging connections with past clients, and supporting new hires through mentoring and training. Outside of work, Sue treasures time with her three married children and eight grandchildren.
