Melissa Leick

Melissa's journey with inHom Senior Care began in February 2007 as a "Caregiver," transitioning to the role of Client Care Coordinator in October 2008 and eventually being promoted to Director of Client Care where she served until 2024. Joining inHom Senior Care just two weeks after her grandmother's passing, Melissa quickly fell in love with the culture of care and familial atmosphere, finding immense joy in working with clients and feeling personally rewarded after each interaction. Building lifelong relationships, Melissa has formed special bonds with clients, often considering them as adopted grandmas in the south of the river area. In her current role, Melissa has most recently overseen various aspects of client care, ensuring that clients receive the best possible in-home care experience. Melissa is currently serving in the role of Director of Business Development. Her current role is developing Referral Relationships with our local community partners, educating them on the services we provide. inHom Senior Care is truly blessed to have Melissa as a valued member of our team.
